Student Chapter of the

National Art Education Association

UGA's Student Chapter of the National Art Education Association provides opportunities for preservice art teachers to be involved in art education outreach efforts (service-learning), creating collaborative learning communities, participate in career development, and join with our parent organization, NAEA to provide professional development, service, and advancement for art education. Our NAEA student chapter works to support each other as well through PRAXIS study sessions, portfolio development and special learning and technique workshops. We are heartily involved in the Empty Bowls project that combines our dedication to art and our strong belief in the power of art and artists to make our world a better place.
